Where the proposal is to undertake the business of banking, it can be carried on without registration as a company if the number of persons joining together for the business is not more than ten. It will be recognized that close similarity in name will not only mislead and clause confusion to the public but will also cause injury to the business of any of the companies concerned. (Ewing V. The name with key word at serial No.(6) And (7) may be considered when the company propose to deal in various business activities or the company is already carrying on various business activities.
